Meet Friends of Bloominton Rail Trail. We're restoring native habitat for pollinators, birds, and other wildlife! Fridays and One Monday: April 29 26 May 3,10,17,24,31 ~ Meet at Country Club Road parking lot.
Bloomington Rail Trail extends all the way to Gorden Pike and beyond. To the east of the creek there is 'Bunting Burrows'. This parcel of land is so named for all the Indigo Bunting birds that love this wildlife corridor and the creek that runs through it.
Duties: Volunteers will be bending, hiking, and climbing as needed. Gloves, and tools are provided. Wear sturdy boots, long pants and long sleeved shirts, and wear a hat.
Age of Volunteers: 12 yrs. and up. (Volunteers under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.) Volunteers under the age of 18 must have an Underage Waiver of Liability signed by a parent or guardian. CLICK HERE to complete our digital waiver |
